We are happy to offer our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Europe and the United States via FedEx, USPS, DHL, and DPD.
SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If it turns out that you are located in one of those countries, we will contact you directly.
LOST / MISPLACED PACKAGES
(YOUR BRAND NAME HERE) is not responsible if an incorrect address is entered during checkout. Please make sure your billing and shipping address are correct before placing your order.
If we make an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order and resend it to you at no additional cost.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to your country and may be subject to customs fees upon arrival.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimated delivery times:

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. However, due to free shipping, tracking may not always be available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME”
For some shipping carriers, it may take 1–5 business days for tracking information to update in the system.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was selected.
